Dr. Safiya has over 30 years of experience in the field of education and has held several leadership roles in the public education sector including Director of the Kindergartens Directorate at the Ministry of Education, responsible for licensing, supporting, and monitoring preschool education nation-wide.
Dr. Safiya has extensive experience in the fields of curriculum design and development, programme structuring, teacher training and assessment. Dr. Safiya holds a PhD in Education from Exeter University and a Master's degree in Curriculum Design and Teaching Methods from the University of Wales.
